Had a great business trip and felt very comfortable. The hotel provided free breakfast and it was worth getting up for, delicious and energizing! The location was incredibly convenient, since it was within walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Also, the hotel offered affordable massage services that really helped me relax after a long day of meetings.
The room wasn't very clean and it was a bit outdated. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable which made it hard to stay connected. It was also a bit hard to communicate with the staff and get the help I needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with a comfortable bed and a small refrigerator. We were also happy to find slippers waiting for us. The location was perfect for us, with two train stations within a 10-minute walk, as well as several convenience stores and restaurants just 5 minutes away. We were grateful for the gracious and attentive front desk staff who provided us with freebies, and who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of this budget hotel was convenient, with major train stations nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and good amenities, such as a shared microwave and freebies at the reception desk. the friendly staff provided great service, accommodating special requests like fresh towels without room service. Plus, the Japanese breakfast was a delightful new experience to try out.
The hotel lacked a communal kitchen beyond the shared microwave on the fourth floor, and there were some inconveniences like a disconnecting internet.

Friendly staff and good location. During my city break, I was pleased with the welcoming and helpful staff who made my stay comfortable. The hotel had a great location with convenient access to public transport and nearby shops. the room had a beautiful view of the city that I really enjoyed.
Outdated room and poor breakfast selection. However, the room was not up to my expectations as it looked old and not well-maintained.
